We offer a month-to-month contract. To move out, please provide us with notice by the 10th of the month you wish to move out, and then vacate by the 30th of the month. We prorate the rent on moving in, but not on moving out.
Access & Security Questions

You will be assigned a unit number. The provided lock will be on the right side of the unit. If you should have any questions or issues, please reach out to us at the office. We are happy to help

We have not had any break-ins.

We have security cameras and gated time entry, with LED lights throughout the properties.
Billing & Payment Questions

Contactless rental and payments are available for those who prefer it. For those who would like to see a person, visit our office location at 110 Fleming Street, Fredericksburg, Virginia.

Yes, we can establish a date between the 1st and the 10th of each month for your payment to process. If there are any changes to the billing, please contact the office to update the information or make the changes in your online account.

Our prices are competitive, but we have found them to be lower than most in the area. We do not regularly raise rates.

There is a one-time administrative and lock fee of $25.00 due with the first payment.

We usually do rent increases every 18 months to 2 years.

We prorate on move-in in. We do not pro-rate if you move out mid-month.
Facility Questions

There are no dumpsters at any of our locations. You will need to remove the trash.

All of our facilities are outdoor, drive-up accessible.

You can bring a standard moving truck or truck and trailer.
Unit Questions

The unit is swept and blown out between tenants.

All units have 10 ft. ceilings

No, the units are not climate-controlled.
Insurance Questions

We do not require insurance. If your renter’s or homeowners policy permits coverage, it is ok to use a renter's or homeowner’s policy.

Our insurance covers:
• Stored Property Coverage up to Limit Amount* • Burglary • Vandalism • Water Damage (excluding flood) • Hail Damage • Building Collapse • Fire and Smoke Damage • Moth, Insect, Rodent, or Vermin Damage (covered up to $500) • Lightning • Explosion Coverage
*There are some conditions but are noted within the policy.
